The above pic is a still from a video clip taken by a Chilean woman, on a ghost hunting trip in the basement of a large building. The basement is said to be haunted by a young girl and this still is said to be her following them around in the basement.

There is a video at the source talking about what was captured in the basement - it is of course in Chilean and a written translation is provided.
