Thanks for that Supernerd - when I get there and ask, "I'm here to see Supernerd," and they say, "Who?" and I'll say "the lady with glasses and short hair." and they'll know exactly who I'm talking about heh heh  Maybe I'll print a copy & carry it with me just incase... no that would be weird!!

Am really looking forward to it, August seems like a really long way away. I'd like to get some of you up north to investigate my parents house, it's possibly going to be empty from this Friday but don't know for how long. Anyway, will update the other thread with that info.

Yes Pooke, just PM your friend's details to me for the obligatory check.

The hunt is on August the 15th only. And if Pooke's friend passes the hurdles, all spaces will be full.

Barremel, my name is Heather. They all know me.

On the night, I'll be at the station at 7.30 pm to prepare a few things. And I'll be waiting at the top of the stairs for everyone. As soon as you walk in the main doors, go directly to the stairs on the left. I'll be up there watching. Hunt officially starts at 8.30pm, but knowing franklee and Colt, it'll probably start earlier. :P They caught me out last time.

I've just found out that my original date of 25 July has now became vacant. Aaaargh! I hadn't been informed. Too late now. August 15 is the date.

Franklee, do you want me to bring turkey and mustard sandwiches again?

Hey Heather, yes please...sarnies are MOST welcome. Especially the Turkey variety. I will be bringing quite a bit of gear this time, with a view to catching ANYTHING that goes bump in the night. I got some new goggles that allow infrared and ultraviolet spectrum observation so we can turn the lights out and hold a proper vigil! I was wondering how many in the group would be able to bring some gear - camera - recorders - Mp3 players with microphones for recording audio - thermometers - these are some ideas for attendees.

Also Heather, could you do a bit of investigation before the 15th and find a trigger object, something that has been in the station for ages that can be used to test for manipulation? An object like a lamp, old bottle of booze, personal property of previous officer...etc...

Im just throwing ideas around!

You'll be bloody lucky!! If it is the person who I think it is, the bar is the trigger object. LOL! I'll see if I can borrow something off the old hands at the station. Some may have suggestions.

It's getting close to the time of the hunt. Everyone better start planning equipment, food etc...

I'll be at the station an hour before we start, so I'll be setting things up. All come any time after 8pm. Gives me half an hour to set things up and let other staff programme the TV in the cafeteria. :D

Quick question, I was just wondering if anyone coming on this investigation will do some sort of protection thing for the investigators?

Do professional investigators always do this before an investigation? Like, do TAPS do it? They don't seem to have any spiritual 'personnel' on hand to do this.

The $12 for the DVD's for a start... :D

*grins* Two weeks to go. And I still haven't gotten around to understanding how my handycam works. Procrastination! Thy will be done... in! I may have to miss that bit of equipment out. :P

Sooo, I'll be bringing my usual load of cameras and accessories, 2 DVD's, a tray of turkey and mustard sandwiches, an appetite and....

...errrr...

franklee, I can easily bring in a wee coffee plunger if you fancy that sort of coffee. :)

Oooh! Before I forget, I'm unable to find a personal object for the trigger, as all the personal stuff has been removed. But I have got a medal with the Police crest. This is small and the crest is something this ghost will recognise. Will that do?
As for old stuff, sheesh! I'm still looking. The station museum has been removed and shifted to the Takapuna office, so that's stuffed that up. I'll keep on looking...
