I had read somewhere they have come to a general consensus it was someone in the far room casting a shadow that showed up?

I read a few different articles about this tho, and it got me wondering about how soon it is before a spirit shows up in a place of haunting?

And also how many haunts can a ghost have? This is specially relevant to famous people who die...how many places can a spirit be in at once? How much spiritual energy is there to go round? lol
