Shower time Exclamation
When u get in the shower, it's one of the best places to 'cleanse yur mind, cleanse yur body, cleanse yur soul'.

By a swooping hand action, clearly defined....say to yurself, or out loud if u live alone ( Laughing ) swoop yur hands over yur head, cleanse my mind,...over your body, cleanse my body, over yur soul, cleanse my soul..... let it wash away down the plug hole, swish it round with thought, turn it into positive, bring back what u need, and send what's left over out to the Universe, for those others who might need it....
Repeat if necessary....not sure about u, but i can feel it GO!
Let me know what u think....I do it often, and its gr8 Very Happy

 Wow! GG, that's a nice thought for the shower. But I don't know about you, but often I pick up psychic thoughts in the shower, and or the Loo.Anyhow I protect my journrey daily.Placing White Light around my home. And asking all who come through(either physical or mental) that they come through God's Light and Love. This protection prayer has kept me safe for over 20 years.Only once have I been subject to Demonic attack. The Demon made me feel very nauseated. But I did manage to talk to the occupants. They had been calling up the Devil, and they got him.

Hi GG.
I'm just wondering if there is anything else you can cleanse yourself with in the shower along with the words? I heard to cleanse yourself with salt is good? I'd like some advice on this :)

Yes but not processed salt, it has to be raw or sea salt. You don't need a lot just melt some in hot water and sponge it on. There are some essential oils that you can use as well but they might smell a bit woofy on a fella.
But a good one for men is a couple of drops of pure clove oil in hot water and then sponged on, but not anywhere of a tender nature.

I always love to cleanse while sitting on the floor in the shower right underneath so that the water falls on top of the head like sitting underneath a waterfall :D

Salt scrubs are also very nice using finely ground sea salt and rubbing it gently all over the skin, its very cleansing and invigorating!
