Leigh Hart's Mysterious Planet is a new kiwi series in production, that sees the shows star and co-horts travelling the world to the seat of some of the most fascinating mysteries.

Places being featured include Roswell, Stonehenge and Machu Picchu, and will include a meeting with some Kiwi's who have claimed to have had their very own run in the Big Foot.

The series will air on TV2 later in 2009.

A take-off on "Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious Planet" TV series? I remember that old thing was around in the 70's. I thought that version was dry.

I never got into ol' Arthur - although I was interested in all the stories he was a really dry old fella lol

Im hoping this will be well done and interesting, I just hope they dont make it in a Top Town/WipeOut kiwi humor style programme ... they irk me! :lol:
