In some case it will be just dust, but someone who knows about orbs could tell the difference.

Sounds awesome Lyndz.

If you keep having problems with getting your pictures to download - perhaps usuing a depot at a camera shop to put them on a CD for you, then using that to put them online?

Just a thought.

I personally don't put much stock in orb photos. Considering they can be made by ordinary, everyday dust (which is pretty much everywhere), hair, insects...I mean, there's just no way to unequivocally say "Yes, this is a supernatural entity, as opposed to something natural".
There's just no way to scientifically eliminate all the natural possibilities.

I have seen orbs in my rooms. They are either pure essence(energy) or they are Spirit forms. But I dont seriously beleive you can take photos of Orbs. After all Orbs are non-physical, you would need a special camera. Also although psychic phenomena happens all the time,we have a tendency to miss it.

Interesting angle Wizard& - and welcome :)

Question for you tho; if orbs are 'non physical' then arent ghosts the same? They are just energy also - so why can pictures of ghosts be taken?

Also since orbs omit a genuine light of some magnitude, shouldnt that be able to be caught on film?

:)

Thanks for the welcome.Tell me have you actually taken any photos of Ghosts?Because I seriou sly dont believe it's possible. Not with an ordinary camera anyway. You can take Auric photos with a special camera. We live in an age of very advanced technology, and there is a dearth of trick photos about. Why all of a sudden are ordinary people taking photos of ghosts?Because camera trickery is very easily learnt.I have witnessed the presence of Ghosts, and have sometimes seen them, or at least parts of them. But I solemnly do not believe you can take photos of non-physical material. This includes Orbs.Orbs by the way can also be extra-terrestrial.One of my 'helpers' was an extra-terrestrial.But as he informed me they can only visit in mind travel. So that puts an damper on Abduction theory.

Nope I can honestly say I have never photographed a ghost myself - but genuine pics are rare - Im a baby at paranormal investigation - only been doing this just over 3 years - BUT that doesnt mean Im not open to photography being possible.

There are pictures out there that cannot be satisfactorily disclaimed - ie The Tuplip Staircase and the Grey Lady on the Stairs (cant recall where its taken right now).

At the moment Im thinking more in the line of orbs tho - if I can see one with my own eyes - then why not, all luck being involved, couldnt I capture it on film? (Discounting trickery, accidents, mistakes etc)

Hi. Orbs . . . . . . Spirit can be photographed in orb form. BUT , I personally discard anything taken with a flash as a bottom line .
If you have a picture of an Orb that was not taken with a flash , then it is worth a second look . If it has distinct colour then it is worth a second look. If it has at least one straight edge or a clear face visible then it is worth a second look.
Other wise they are dust , moisture , or lens anomalies .

Peace.

To be honest i dont no. I have been taking sum photos with a new 10mp camera in my room at night with no lights on and i get ORB's in 50% or my photos and not just 1 orb in the photos sum times up to 5 or more.

I have a new camera yippie!! Maybe if I did some more evp recordings and got the ouija out all at the same time I would finally catch the little rascals on camera?? lol I shall purservere and see if I can get anything interesting on the camera.

Im quite skeptical in most cases and I think orbs are just bits of dust and light reflections but not always. I have actually seen orbs, little balls of light floating or what would appear to look like rolling across the floor....... and little sparkly things flying in the air which I see most often, like little bits of glitter.
