Oh, I forgot to mention. franklee, I don't think we'll be needing the walkie-talkies. Where the sightings have been are places right next to each other.

Cafeteria, verandah and bar. They're very close together. In fact, you could say... nearly open plan, and the verandah open on one side and glass windows/ranchsliders on the other.

Just need to belch in the cafeteria and it'll be heard in the bar.

Sweet! I will also forgo the DVR. I think cameras and emf, thermometers and old fashioned eyeballing will do the trick aye!

Yep! Too much noise interference... with the occasional nosey cop wandering in.

Another update:

I think it's about time I told a bit of the history of the site.

It was built in 1987 on what used to be an apple orchard. A large rabbit-warren of a 2 storey red brick building. Has lots of glass windows and has a kind of 80's retro look.
Hosts up to 200 to 300 people and is open 24 hours.

While we are there, one of my work colleagues may pay a visit, chat and to meet us. Now this woman is a friend of mine and has latent psychic ability. She can see spooks and has seen our ghost in the bar. So she is rather intrigued by us and would love to meet us all. Thankfully she is rostered to work that night.

On the night in question I will be down in the main reception area to meet with you all. I'll be the short-ass fatty female with the ash-blonde mullet and specs.

It's a big building and hard to miss as it's on the corner of Buscombe Ave and Sel Peacock Drive. And it's the only big building in plain view.

And now more news.

On 30 March the air above Henderson was seen to turn technicolour. This is not due to atmospherics, but due to the fact my IR light unit for my Video camera was found to be 100% incompatible. I paid a blasted bomb for the thing.
So Sony have gotten an ear-blasting from me for not putting a list as to what the light unit was compatible to on their site. *grumbles* *whinges*

Well!!! It's all go. Everyone has passed the inquisition I put them through.

On the night I will be waiting for you all in the main foyer, but I will be on the stairs; at the stair turn. I'll be able to see you all, and you all will be able to see me. Just look up the stairs. It's just that while I'm on the stairs, I won't be pestered by the customers. After all, it *is* my day off...

Roger that. My friend and I will be there at 7.30pm with bells on. Bringing enough gear to film the entire night from one fixed position with Infrared torches and a hi-8 recorder. I will have an emf detector, digicam, two evp recorders and nappies. Harr FNARR FNARR...see you tonight fullas and fullessas...

I don't know about the others, but I won't be needing the nappies. I'm used to ghosts and grew up with them.
