Dave Moore, landlord of the Victoria Pub in Lostock Hall England claims to have caught a close encounter with a Victorian Female ghost on video.

Its not unusual these things dont load for me, so can someone else have a look and tell us what you think. Cheers :)

The video is not that good. Its a video of a video camera screen so is tiny and not that good. BUT there is sumthing there.

Kind of looks like a person on 1 point.
