The Council of a regional capital in the South American country of Colombia has reportedly asked the local church for help in ridding some disturbing spirits. And its not just the Mens Rest Room where the encounters happen.
Quote:
One worker reported seeing an unknown woman in the men's restroom.

"I excused myself, because I thought I had gone in the wrong door. Then she disappeared without a word, through the closed door," he said.

Another worker reported he was followed and had his clothing tugged in the underground garage where he makes his rounds. He believes that garage ghost was caught on film after a picture was taken showing a person eerily similar to a person who had died a considerable time earlier.
